Summary
Twilio SendGrid has some useful features, and could certainly be an asset to your business. The support that comes with your chosen automation to track and assess its worthiness is a decent addition. However, the difference in price on the two plans is quite drastic, depending on how many emails you’d like to send. This number is liable to change as your business and aspirations change, and being locked into a plan that’s too expensive or too limited to suit your needs isn't ideal.
A better option for you might well be Sendinblue. While this service can be used by most businesses, it’s especially helpful to those who are new to the world of email marketing software, with much customer support and assistance available when starting up.
